Classic fruitcake!  Gently spiced cake, studded with candied orange peel, rum-soaked raisins, currants, and apricots.  Basted with rum for three weeks.  None of that fluorescent fruit! Contains almonds.

Each cake is one pound and feeds four to eight people.
